Wayne Moss

– Wayne’s LinkedInWayne has spent over 30 years in the moving and storage industry. Wayne oversees all functions of IMS with a special emphasis on sales, marketing, and business development. Wayne has spent time working in the moving industry in a wide range of markets including Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas. Wayne is extremely well connected in New Mexico and spends much of his time investing in relationships. Wayne’s reputation for providing consistent, topnotch customer service is widely known in the moving industry.

Wayne is an active member of the New Mexico small business community. He regularly attends networking events and occasionally speaks to groups about trends and best practices in the moving industry.

Outside of work, Wayne is a true sports fan. You can catch him at almost every Lobo Soccer home game. Wayne is an alumnus of the University of New Mexico. Wayne has been married to his wife Marcee for over 35 years and enjoys spending time with her, his three children, and two grandchildren.

Chase Moss

– Chase’s LinkedInChase is the co-founder of IMS (alongside Wayne). Chase primarily oversees all administrative functions of the business in addition to assisting Wayne in sales and business development. Chase has also had the pleasure of being the project manager for some very large and complex relocations in recent years. Chase’s project management experience includes overseeing moves for the New Mexico Scientific Laboratories, Guadalupe County Hospital, the University of New Mexico Dental Clinic, the Albuquerque Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Chase also utilizes his skills in writing, proposal preparation, and analytical decision making to help lead IMS.

In addition to serving as the Vice President of IMS, Chase enjoys running, reading, and writing. Chase has been married to his wife Shayla for 6 years and has one daughter.

Zak Kordelski

– Zak’s LinkedInAs a project manager, Zak is responsible for supervising all aspects of a job from pre-planning to the final equipment pickup. Zak takes a practical “get it done” approach and is very good at foreseeing obstacles prior to beginning a project and taking steps to minimize any potentially negative effects. He has a large skill set that includes installation and special handling, as well as management skills in the areas of inventory, distribution, scheduling, planning, and estimating. Zak’s ability to transition between responsibilities in the office and in the field make him an incredible asset to IMS. He has managed projects for companies including New York Life Insurance, PepsiCo, Merrill Lynch, and Los Alamos National Laboratories among others.

When not at work, Zak enjoys practicing his marksmanship on the shooting range, fishing, and being outdoors. He also loves spending time with his family and his wife.

Zack Kane

Zack is responsible for a variety of duties at IMS. These responsibilities include dispatching and scheduling crews, maintaining the trucks, hiring new employees, and customer service. No day is ever the same so his adaptability and decision making skills are crucial to his success. He is a key member of the staff and plays a huge role in the execution and organization of each job IMS is involved in. Zack’s positive attitude and enthusiasm for IMS, makes him enjoyable to work with in any situation.

Zack spends much of his time in the company of friends, always looking for new and exciting experiences. Zack graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Marketing, and a minor in Economics. He often claims that he is “Livin’ the dream,” and based on his attitude it may be true!

Brandon Moss

– Brandon’s LinkedInBrandon’s primary focus is to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s sales efforts. He attends monthly meetings collaborating and networking with business owners and facility managers. Brandon also participates in trade shows around the state showcasing Innovative Moving Systems and the services it can provide. He oversees all marketing and design aspects of IMS, as well as the website content.

Brandon is a graduate of the University of New Mexico where he was a soccer player from 2002-2005. After a short professional career with the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer, he returned to Albuquerque to coach the UNM men’s soccer team for 4 seasons. He resigned from that position in February 2014 to join the family business at IMS.

Brandon has been married to his wife Chelsea Moss for 9 years and has one son. He enjoys camping, backpacking, fishing, cooking, and Jeeps.
